Acoustic Concerts

HOW TO BOOK:

• Click the"Book Now" button for the type of show you'd like to book.

• Choose the date and time of the show.

• Click the "Request to Book" button.

• Fill out the booking form. (Please put the actual show location for the address.)

• Click the "Request to Book" button to submit the form.

• You will be contacted by management to complete the booking process.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS
REQUIREMENTS:

• POWER, should be made available. (At minimum (1) 20amp dedicated circuit).

 

PURCHASER agrees to provide a deposit to reserve the date, when applicable.
PURCHASER agrees to provide and adequate/clean performance space near electricity.

PURCHASER agrees to provide a hotel room if show is more than (2)hrs from San Antonio, TX OR provide a buyout based on rooms rates closets to performance location upon ARTIST request.

PURCHASER agrees to provide a covered performance area close to electricity that meets the requirement above.

PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST with food and drink, when applicable, OR a meal buyout at ($15) per ARTIST band member.

PURCHASER agrees to provide cancellation request via email to (coltonricemusic@gmail.com) if deemed necessary, within 5 days prior to event, otherwise forfeiting any deposits made to ARTIST.

PURCHASER agrees to hold harmless COLTON RICE or any representative of COLTON RICE for any mishandling during performance/event and agrees to dismiss them from any civil or suite arising out of, in connection with, or related to any acts of commission or omission of ARTIST.

PURCHASER agrees to an additional fuel charge if round trip exceeds 400 miles, where applicable.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

ARTIST can only accommodate (1) show per date, due to travel, setup and availability. Your booking request will be pending upon approval. If there is a date conflict, you will be notified via email and asked to choose another date and time.
